Important Notice on Third-Party Courier Services:
Claura Designs Pvt. Ltd. is a seller and consignor. All physical logistics post-dispatch are handled by independent third-party courier partners. Claura has no operational control over in-transit handling, delivery attempts, or timelines. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.

1. Introduction

By accessing www.claura.in or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18+ or have parental supervision.

3. Order Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and acceptance is communicated.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is discontinued or out of stock, Claura reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or store credit as applicable.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell products without our consent
  • Place fraudulent or speculative orders
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse our website content
  • Upload harmful or unlawful material

5. Customer Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that all details you provide (including name, shipping address, phone number, and payment details) are true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for ensuring availability at the shipping address. Claura is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete address details, unavailability of the recipient across all delivery attempts, or an unreachable phone number.

Proof of Dispatch: Generation of a valid AWB (tracking number) and dispatch confirmation shared via SMS/email shall constitute conclusive proof that Claura has fulfilled its dispatch obligation. Any loss, damage, or delay occurring after this point is the operational responsibility of the courier partner. Claura's liability is limited to raising a formal dispute with the courier on your behalf.

If delivery was completed via OTP (One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number), entry of that OTP by any person at the delivery address constitutes conclusive proof of delivery. Claura bears no liability for voluntary or inadvertent OTP sharing by the customer or any person at the delivery location.

You acknowledge that courier partners may change from time to time without prior notice, based on serviceability and operational requirements.

6. Fraudulent Payment Liability

Claura will not be liable for any credit card or payment fraud. The liability for any fraudulent use of a card or payment method rests with the customer unless proven otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and trademarks (Reg. No. 2921934) are owned by Claura Designs Pvt. Ltd. and protected under the Trademarks Act. Nothing on this site grants any license to use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Product Display & Colours

We strive to display product images accurately. However, colours, textures, and details may vary due to screen settings and photography lighting. Claura is not liable for such variations.

9. Pricing & Offers

  • Prices are quoted in INR and valid only within India.
  • Discounts, vouchers, or offers are subject to specific terms. They cannot be redeemed for cash and Claura reserves the right to modify or withdraw them anytime.

10. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content, services, or privacy practices of external sites linked from our website.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government actions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

Claura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Claura's maximum aggregate liability to any customer, for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Claura shall under no circumstances be liable for loss of profit, loss of goodwill, business opportunity, or any indirect/consequential loss, including losses caused solely by third-party courier partner failures.

In cases where loss or damage is caused solely by a courier partner's negligence or mishandling, Claura's liability is limited to facilitating a formal dispute and investigation with the courier on the customer's behalf.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Claura from claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these terms.

15. Termination

Claura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse orders if:

  • Payment is not made,
  • Customer breaches these terms, or
  • Fraudulent/illegal activity is suspected.

16. Severability

If any clause in these Terms is found unenforceable under law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team at care@claura.in within a reasonable period.

If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration/mediation before any legal action is pursued.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer forum (District, State, or National — NCDRC) if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days.

Courier Dispute Timeline: For disputes involving courier delivery (lost, delayed, or damaged shipments), Claura requires 10–21 working days to conclude an investigation with the courier partner before a refund or replacement can be issued. Initiating a chargeback or consumer forum complaint before this timeline may delay resolution for both parties.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Delhi.

19. Updates to Terms


Claura reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion, without prior individual notice to customers.

The revised date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website, unless specifically stated otherwise.

It is your sole responsibility to periodically review these Terms for updates. You can always find the latest version at claura.in/pages/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the website, placing of orders, or availing of any service after any such modification constitutes your irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the website and contact us to resolve any outstanding obligations.

20. Third-Party Courier Liability Disclaimer

Claura uses third-party courier partners (including but not limited to Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shiprocket network carriers, and others) for delivery of all orders.

Claura is not a courier company and does not control the physical handling, routing, delivery scheduling, or in-transit storage of shipments once handed over to the courier partner.

Claura shall not be held liable for delays, losses, non-delivery, or damage caused solely by the courier partner's operations, mishandling, or force majeure events.

In the event of courier failure, Claura will act as an intermediary to raise a formal dispute or claim with the courier on the customer's behalf, but cannot guarantee the outcome or timeline of such investigations.

Claura's financial liability in all courier-related claims is strictly capped at the value of the order placed by the customer.
